Tessera Dance

Tessera Dance is a FatChanceBellyDance® Sister Studio dedicated to performing this dance style in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Tessera was founded out of a commitment to excellence in the study and performance of FCBD®Style and a shared desire to explore the creative possibilities within the dance format. Known for their innovative formations and keen musicality, Tessera’s FCBD®Style Movement Dialect pushes the boundaries of FCBD®Style while remaining true to the spirit of effortless and organic improvisation. Sofia, Jesse and Michiyo are also SSCE instructors and members of FatChanceBellyDance®.
